Lactulose (Duphalac) solution helps provide relief from constipation for all members of the family.

Who can use it?
Lactulose (Duphalac) can be take by: infants, young children and adolescents, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, adults and the elderly.

Use of laxatives in children should be exceptional and under medical supervision.

If you think your child has constipation, it is advisable to talk to your doctor!

How should I store it?​
Store at room temperature: 25°C

How and when to take it?
It’s important that you ask your doctor or pharmacist to make sure you’re starting on the right dose.

Take Lactulose (Duphalac®) once or twice a day, After a few days the starting dosage may be reduced to a maintenance dose based upon treatment response.

Aim to drink 6 to 8 glasses of fluid during the day whilst you’re taking Lactulose (Duphalac®) to help ease your constipation.

If you take Lactulose (Duphalac®) for several days and there’s no improvement in your symptoms, see your doctor.
