At Southstar Drug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
